HOW TO USE
Method: Sift 2g of matcha into a bowl, pour over 75ml of hot water, whisk until frothy, add additional hot water for tea or hot milk for matcha latte.

Tea has been grown for 800 years at our farm in Kagoshima, Japan. We carefully track each shipment ensuring the best quality tea from source to sip.

In 2025, our Ceremonial Grade tea was awarded a Two Star Great taste Award. The judges compliments our matcha saying Yoshoku matcha is "Pure and authentic in flavour, with notes of cut grass with a sweetness and complexity. It is evocative, taking you on a journey to a Japanese teahouse."
